PRICING

Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.
To secure the products, we will collect a security deposit of RM 2,000.00. This deposit will be refunded upon the renter’s inspection, which includes assessing the product’s condition and any charges incurred throughout the rental period (e.g., road summons).
50% of the deposit must be paid upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% of the total balance due on the collection day.
The rental rate is only for renting the product and does not cover any other charges, including accidental damages or summons.
The rental fee is non-refundable even if the bike is returned earlier than the contracted date.

The minimum rental period is 1 day.
A day’s rental is considered as 24 hours.
If the bike is not returned on time, the lessee will automatically be charged for an additional day. If the lessee fails to inform 2Wheels Adventures Bike Rental about any delay, they will be held fully responsible for any additional expenses due to lack of communication.
The lessee shall not exceed 500 kilometers per day. If the rental exceeds the free kilometer average for the full rental duration, the lessee shall pay RM 5 per additional kilometer.
For longer rentals, the lessee is responsible for maintaining the service intervals of every 5,000 km at recognized dealers.

The renter is obligated to provide a motorbike to the lessee for a specified price.
The renter must check the condition of the motorbike and ensure that it is safe to use before renting. The motorbike provided by the renter must be clean and have a full tank of gas.
In case of an emergency, the renter will support the customer to ensure a quick solution to the problem.

The lessee is not allowed to extend the rental to a third party. Only the lessee registered with the renter is allowed to use the motorbike.
The bike is not allowed to be taken outside of Malaysia except with an assigned tour guide by 2Wheels Adventures Bike Rental.

The lessee must provide a valid passport and a valid Malaysia B license / International motorbike riding license for rental.
Bikes are rented out with a full tank of petrol. Returned bikes must have a full tank of petrol; otherwise, RM50 will be charged to the lessee.
The bike must be returned in normal working condition. If the bike is returned in a damaged or unfavorable riding condition, the lessee is fully responsible for covering all expenses incurred for repair.
Dirty bikes will be cleaned for free. However, a RM300 fine will be charged if the bike is covered with road tar. Off-road riding is NOT ALLOWED.
Bike are NOT ALLOWED to offroad riding.

Cancellation policy: 20% of the total rental amount will be charged if a cancellation notice is provided within 30 days from the rental date. The full deposit will be charged if a cancellation notice is provided within 15 days from the rental date.
Cancellations are only valid in written form to 2Wheelsadventuresbikerental@gmail.com. Refunds will take place within 14 days after cancellation. All bank-related transfer fees are borne by the lessee.
The lessee will not be refunded any rental fee if the bike is returned earlier than the booked date.

If the lessee violates any road traffic rules, he/she must pay for all related penalties.
In case of motorbike theft, the lessee is fully responsible for compensating (in monetary form) a motorbike with similar specifications according to the market value at that time.
